I am having difficulties starting or resuming my case

Steps to troubleshoot when a case is unresponsive or has a "code blue"

  1. Firstly, start by refreshing the page.
  2. If it still doesn’t work, restart the case.
  3. Still no luck? Clear the cache.
    • Copy and paste "chrome://settings/clearBrowserData" into your Chrome browser and check the box for Cached images and files Clear data.
