In CyberPatient we encourage all users to complete the patient chart. Some faculty members will have this as a requirement, be sure to follow their instructions.

The patient chart must be completed BEFORE submitting the last step of your case. You will not be able to edit the chart once the case is complete.
The last step of the case depends on what level you are set at. See below the last step for each level (aka the last chance to edit the patient chart)
Level 1: Patient History
Level 2: Physical Exam
Level 3 & 4: Follow-up
